The grounds attached to Blandys Cottage are delightful, being secluded and semi-landscaped they offer a haven of peace and tranquillity. They benefit from both a Summer House, a Brick-built Store-shed, Two Patios and a Vegetable Plot. The upper gardens enjoy an amazing view over the beautiful Kennet Valley.

The Lower Garden & Breakfast Patio. The entrance to the cottage is approached through an arched gateway from the garage, following  a gravel path which passes the East facing Breakfast Patio.

The Central Lawn leads up to the main BBQ Patio with direct access to the attractive brick-built storage building (with light and power) and enjoys the long hours of Summer sun as it faces to the West.

The Upper Garden offers a secluded lawned area with apple and pear trees along a with a young Horse Chestnut tree and a vegetable growing plot.
